Join us for a day of fun! Here is a rough itinerary and map for getting to the event with approved parking. If you aren’t joining us to resist the dismantling of our constitution, then you aren’t paying attention. Time to stand up and speak out!
Itinerary Includes:
10:00-10:30: Welcome with music and dancing
10:30-11:45: Speakers will inspire you and amuse you with their perspectives
11:45-12:45: Gather for a drone overhead to take the crowd photo
12:14-1:15: Additional speakers will make your day!
1:30-?: WE MARCH across the bridge!
Other activities to enjoy:
- Tables for event organizers and contributors with information to consider
- Food Trucks and porta potties available throughout the day
- Fundraising for Philip’s Cupboard and New Horizon
- Fundraising for NO KINGS event specifically
- Kids area for fun activities
- Photo ops with a frame standing on the river’s edge
- A 12×12 tile making opportunity to write a real story about what Medicaid means to you or someone you know or rural communities. These tiles will be laid out in the lawn to be viewed by all and will spell out “NO KINGS” from the aerial view.
For your Safety:
- Medic tents for water and first aid or assistance
- Observers and volunteers on site for de-escalation if needed (see full safety info in flyer below)
